PMA Contracts

With the uncertainty of today's volatile market and economy, more and more of our clients are pursuing apreventive maintenance agreement, or better known as the PMA.

The AVL Preventive Maintenance Agreement has been specifically designed to provide comprehensive on-site technical support to our customers while reducing the annual premium costs by offering parts at cost plus pricing rather than prepaying for extended warranties. All Audio,Video, Lighting & Video Conference equipment is covered! New or Old! Key features include:

An assigned Field Engineer trained on your system with trained back-ups on standby

Access to our Support Team (1-405-749-1866) for dispatch, parts procurement and service tracking

Quarterly preventive maintenance checks & services performed by factory trained Field Engineers

No Charge for Projector bulb and filter replacements. Bulb changes are maxed at 1 instance per year.

No Charge for Theatrical Moving Head Lighting bulb and cleaning/oiling. Bulb changes are maxed at 1 instance per year.

Cleaning and oiling are max twice per year.

No Charge for yearly speaker and projector calibration in all main rooms. This will insure maximum system performance.

No Charge for training your staff or volunteers at the clients requested date and time within the PMA contracted coverage length. A maximum of four training sessions a year.

No Charge for labor for equipment repairs performed on-site and at the AVL corporate office.

Dealer Cost plus 10% on direct replacement (same model) parts and out-of-warranty equipment repairs.

Guaranteed 1 hour phone response and within 24 hour emergency on-site response

No Charge for transportation of equipment to and from your facility as required to effect in-shop repair of covered equipment.

No Charge for firmware and software up-grades on system components

Unlimited phone support

Comparable loaner equipment, dependent upon availability, but includes standard video projectors, during extended repairs.

Consultation on system up-grades.

Detailed inventories of covered equipment.

Detailed repair history logs on covered equipment.
